About The Position

The Parts Sales Associate at BMW MINI of Dallas assists automotive technicians and retail customers with purchasing parts and accessories. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly assist technicians and retail customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Obtain the correct parts and accessories for technicians and retail customers in a timely manner.
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the appropriate pricing source and enter the information in the proper documents and computer system.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, making every effort to satisfy callers’ inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.
• Keep the parts department clean and orderly.
• Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Achieve parts sales targets and customer satisfaction targets.
