About The Position

This position works closely with multiple departments, including production, sales, and administrative teams. The Parts Room Associate is responsible for maintaining low stock and shipping/receiving duties.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a shipping/receiving role or other relevant role
Must be able to up to lift 50lbs unassisted
Forklift certification
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.
Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of inventory control and receiving experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Outstanding organizational skills

Responsibilities

Inventory control
Receive high volume of incoming inventory
Maintain low stock
Hand out parts to production for builds in progress
Package all outgoing shipments
Create all shipping labels
Schedule freight pickups
Receive all incoming inventory
Load and unload freight shipments using forklift
Maintain clean parts room
Prepare parts room for inventory biannually
Pull kits for builds in progress
Maintain return kits
Other duties as assigned
