Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership parts role
- Knowledge of the powersports market, including ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and related parts and accessories
- Strong customer service and communication skills, in person and by phone
- Experience using DMS systems like PBS or CDK preferred (must be comfortable working in these systems)
- Solid knowledge of parts, accessories, and parts-ordering processes
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Full-time availability (8:30am - 5:30pm), Tuesday to Saturday
Responsibilities
- Greet parts customers and understand their needs
- Provide accurate parts quotes, place orders, and manage invoicing
- Look up and identify the correct parts and accessories for powersports products
- Assist customers with parts selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Coordinate parts availability with technicians when required
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support parts stock processes
- Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and core processing
- Follow up with customers regarding parts orders and availability
