About The Position
Porsche San Diego is looking for a Parts Receptionist to join their team! The Receptionist is an important front-line guest contact for the Parts Department and they directly influence guest’s impressions by the way they greet them. This role acts as the first point of contact for visiting Parts customers, meeting and greeting them consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism, ensuring a friendly and premium-brand appearance. The Receptionist will engage with customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route them to our sales, service, and parts businesses, while building strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
Requirements
- Customer service experience highly desired!
- Clean Driving record or minimal violations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visiting Parts customers.
- Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
- Make a friendly and premium-brand appearance.
