About The Position
The Receptionist is an important front-line guest contact for the Parts Department and they directly influence guest’s impressions by the way they greet them. Porsche San Diego is looking for a Parts Receptionist to join their team!
Requirements
- Customer service experience highly desired!
- Clean Driving record or minimal violations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visiting Parts customers.
- Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
- Make a friendly and premium-brand appearance.
- Engage with customers to determine their automotive needs.
- Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
