This role is responsible for providing consultation to service technicians and customers, researching hard-to-find parts, and maintaining appropriate stock levels. The Parts Manager will also place and track parts orders, receive shipments, and stock parts. Additionally, the role involves keeping units and equipment secure from weather, keeping the supervisor informed of work progress, demonstrating the operation of newly installed equipment, and performing related troubleshooting tasks based on skill level. Maintaining a safe work area and performing other miscellaneous duties are also part of the responsibilities.
