About The Position

Crash Champions is a rapidly growing leader in the collision repair industry, operating over 650 state-of-the-art locations across the U.S. As the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO), we are dedicated to providing superior collision repair service with a People First approach. We are seeking a Parts Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient and accurate management of all parts ordering, receiving, and inventory processes.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Valid Driver’s License
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry
Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software

Responsibilities

Manage and complete all parts ordering, including ordering parts based on estimates and supplements, and communicating with vendors.
Monitor parts deliveries, track status, and communicate with vendors and Repair Planners.
Receive and check in parts, ensuring accuracy against repair orders and proper placement.
Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery.
Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor.
Drive parts-related KPIs, including parts margin, pending credits, shop consumables inventory, and material spend, and communicate with the General Manager for optimization.
Coordinate parts invoicing, ensuring daily posting in CCC One with necessary corrections.
Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge, providing reference materials and staying updated on parts installation laws and regulations.
Lead Parts Team (if applicable), serving as a mentor and directing activities.
