Requirements
- Prior experience in Inventory Control, repair management, and technical knowledge.
- Previous automotive Parts Management experience is required.
- Documented track record of high performance.
- History of strong customer satisfaction scores.
- Demonstrate ability to be trained on OEM.
- Integrity, a positive attitude, passion to succeed, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Mazda or Mitsubishi experience being a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage parts inventory and obsolescence.
- Ensure that parts are delivered in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Supervise certification requirements for all parts employees.
- Complete and inspect all parts invoices and repair order billing.
- Manage all receivables from retail customers, wholesale clients, and manufacturer claims.
- Follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Forecast for profitability and report to executive management.
- Superior communication skills and customer service.
- Proven Record of teamwork.
- Understand and follow all state and federal regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
