About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Parts Manager at our rental facility in Pecos, TX. This role is responsible for managing and supervising parts inventory, preparing parts quotes, and ordering parts for rental equipment. The ideal candidate will bring energy and drive to their work and help build the future of construction. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after working 40 hours.

Requirements

  • Previous or current experience with budgeting
  • Knowledge of excel the use of spreadsheets
  • Must possess exceptional customer service, organization and time management and communication skills
  • At least 2+ years of Parts management/supervisory experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing
  • Ability to obtain and prepare parts quotes
  • Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
  • Coordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with vendors for company and customer owned equipment
  • Confirm invoice accuracy
  • Coordinating with the Service departments and delivery schedules
