About The Position

The Parts Driver at Autobahn Motors, part of the Sonic Automotive family, safely transports automotive parts and accessories to customers, vendors, and dealership locations while providing exceptional customer service. The role may also support the Parts Department with inventory organization, shipping and receiving, and accurate delivery records to help ensure efficient daily operations. This is a full-time position paying $23.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off; Saturday availability is required.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent loading, unloading, bending, and standing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while managing delivery schedules efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Previous delivery, warehouse, or automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver and pick up automotive parts, accessories, and supplies according to scheduled routes.
Verify delivery orders for accuracy and obtain customer signatures when required.
Load, unload, and organize parts to prevent damage during transport.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory within the Parts Department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly serviced company vehicle, and promptly report maintenance needs.
Provide courteous, professional customer service while representing the dealership.
Follow traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures during deliveries and warehouse operations.
