About The Position

Lia Auto Group is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to oversee the parts sales process and support customers and staff with parts requests. The role includes locating parts that are not in stock, handling special orders, and keeping customers informed about parts status. The Parts Counterperson is expected to communicate professionally, follow company safety policies and procedures, and comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with auto parts sales is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Professional personal appearance, a positive attitude, and a customer-service mentality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with the parts manager to locate parts that are not in stock.
• Complete special-order part requests for customers.
