About The Position

While automotive experience is helpful, it is not required as training will be provided.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with automobiles
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Prior auto parts sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full parts sales process
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally and clearly
• Provide accurate updates on parts status
• Read and interpret our parts catalog while assisting customers and technicians
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and assist with parts inquiries
• Review body shop estimates for accuracy
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers
• Pull and fill parts orders, keeping stock organized and accurate
• Notify the parts manager of low or out-of-stock items
• Source parts from outside vendors when needed
• Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed
• Process customer payments or secure credit authorization
