Requirements

Previous automotive dealership parts experience REQUIRED
Strong understanding of parts inventory and service operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service mindset
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day
Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50 lbs
Combination of counter and light warehouse activity

Responsibilities

Assist service technicians and retail customers with accurate parts selection
Provide pricing, availability, and product information over the counter and by phone
Pull and fill parts orders efficiently and accurately
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding parts status and special orders
Track and follow up on backorders and customer requests
Source unavailable parts from vendors when necessary
Process payments, invoices, and parts transactions
Ensure all parts are billed correctly to repair orders
Maintain organized inventory and parts records
Keep the parts counter clean, professional, and customer-ready
