Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous automotive parts experience required
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with dealership management systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Parts Department
Support and lead Parts Counter staff to ensure excellent customer service and productivity
Manage the parts sales process from start to finish for retail and wholesale customers
Work closely with the Parts Manager to maintain inventory levels and source unavailable parts
Process and track special order requests accurately and efficiently
Communicate with customers regarding order status, availability, and delivery timelines
Maintain strong relationships with service technicians, vendors, and customers
Ensure department organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry
