About The Position
RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for an Assistant Parts Manager who’s ready to deliver top-tier service.
Requirements
- All applicants must pass pre-employment screening, including background and MVR checks.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and provide consistent guidance to a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals.
- Oversee inventory planning, pricing strategies, and ensure inventory accuracy to minimize discrepancies.
- Assist Manager to Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager.
- Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently.
- Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends.
- Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience
