About The Position
D-Patrick Honda is seeking a Parts Counter professional to join their team. This is an opportunity for a great career at a family-owned dealership that has been a community partner since 1934. The role involves selling automotive parts and accessories to external customers and the dealership's Service Departments.
Requirements
- Driver's license (required)
- Automotive knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Assists customers in selecting proper parts for their vehicle.
- Pulls parts from stock.
- If part is not in stock, determines availability and orders parts for customer.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other related information.
- Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up.
- Notifies Service Department and the customer that ordered parts have been received.
- Provides friendly, professional and efficient service to all customers.
