About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Counter person for their Easton Truck Center. This role involves in-person, phone, email, and online sales of parts, meeting sales goals, and maintaining excellent customer service. The company is one of the largest Freightliner dealer groups in the North East United States with 14 locations and 4 body shops, over 200 trained technicians, and a large parts inventory.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One year sales experience

Responsibilities

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
