About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Counter person for their Freightliner of Winchester heavy truck dealership located in Clear Brook, VA. This role involves in-person, phone, email, and online sales of parts, sourcing parts as needed for speedy fulfillment, and meeting sales and gross profit goals. The position requires ordering parts according to dealership procedures, maintaining special order parts for the service department, resolving customer problems, and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, undergoing ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes, providing written quotes, and processing cores/warranties according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred

Responsibilities
