About The Position

The specialist resolves customer concerns professionally and builds strong customer relationships while following established procedures. The position requires standing, climbing, and bending for extended periods, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, and working extended hours on a computer.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the agriculture parts business.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand, climb, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours on a computer.
