About The Position

21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full-time Parts Counter Specialist to support farmers with the parts and expertise they rely on. The role involves assisting customers in finding parts, recommending products suited to their needs, maintaining an organized retail area, resolving concerns, and providing accurate parts information while following established procedures. The specialist builds customer relationships through excellent service and contributes to the company’s mission of making farming easier and more productive.

A job offer is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test and background check, and, for positions requiring driving, a determination of insurability. A positive drug test or inability to meet the insurability requirement for a driving position will result in the offer being rescinded.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the agriculture parts business.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand, climb, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work extended hours on a computer.
