Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy
Interest or experience in sales and the Powersports industry
Solid communication skills

Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in guests with service and add-on suggestions.
Build invoices, process payments, locate and look up parts using Lightspeed, and use it as a follow-up tool.
Track pending orders and follow up with guests on arrival or ETA of parts.
Maintain the parts sales floor, including cleaning, pricing, labeling, organizing, and merchandising older or overstocked inventory.
Ensure proper handover of guests from Motorcycle sales personnel, log information, provide business cards, and follow up.
Count pertinent inventory on hand and report accurate quantities to the supervisor daily.
Complete online OEM and Product training pertinent to the position.
Review daily checklist.
Restock parts products.
Assist guests with returns or exchanges.
Serve as back-up for parts phone/apparel sales personnel.
Research and stay up-to-date with current model year units and new products.
Continuously train/review basic selling skills and advance closing techniques.
Consistently research new sales opportunities to grow department sales or generate leads.
Prepare station with necessary parts catalogs and manuals for call efficiency.
Assist parts counter with S.O. pick-ups.
Process warranty claims on products.
