We are seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our growing team, which includes dedicated sales consultants and skilled technicians who are committed to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong computer and phone skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in selecting required parts.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts are ordered and pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Organize and stock display cases and counters.
• Pull and fill orders from stock.
• Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
• Maintain a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
• Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
