Responsibilities

Assist customers and technicians in selecting required parts
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts ordered are correct and pricing is in line with the estimate
Organize and stock display cases and counters
Pull and fill orders from stock
Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Maintain a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork
Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Maintain a professional image and demeanor
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and phone skills
