About The Position

Keep the backbone of our operation moving! As a Parts Coordinator in the dynamic world of material handling, you'll play a critical role in keeping equipment and productivity running at full speed. From managing inventory to coordinating with technicians, vendors, and customers, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring the right parts are where they need to be, exactly when they’re needed.

Requirements

Experience in parts coordination, inventory control, customer service, or a related role within a service, repair, or technical industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with parts catalogs, invoicing systems, and order tracking software.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Accurately manage stock levels by receiving, organizing, and tracking parts and supplies to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
Provide timely and accurate quotes and process customer invoices for the parts department, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
Deliver exceptional service by communicating with customers via email, phone, and in-person to understand needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with both suppliers and customers to support seamless coordination and service delivery.
Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and improve job performance.
Work closely with the service team to promptly fulfill parts requests, contributing to streamlined operations and improved customer outcomes.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and fostering a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
Thrive in a dynamic environment with the ability to work independently, manage flexible hours, and travel as needed to meet operational and customer demands.
