About The Position
Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday shift, starting at 10 am. Overtime may be required as needed. If you enjoy our products, you’ll really enjoy being a part of our team!
Requirements
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
- 0 to 2 years of related experience
Nice To Haves
- Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
Responsibilities
- Manage the parts room and inventory by overseeing shipping and receiving, updating transactional data, transferring parts, inputting cycle count results, and maintaining an organized environment
- Receive, pick, and deliver parts orders while ensuring accurate shipping and documentation
- Maintain and audit inventory in the parts room to guarantee accuracy and organization
- Update inventory data in the system and perform tasks within the SAP system for efficient tracking
- Manage vendor quotes and oversee the invoice billing and accounts payable process to support procurement activities
- Other duties as assigned
