About The Position

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Parts and Aftermarket Administrator to join their Service Team. This role is crucial in supporting the company's leadership in the compressed air industry. The administrator will be responsible for selling and processing parts for air compressors, handling quotation requests for repairs, spare parts, and field services. This involves collaboration with Aftermarket sales, coordination with product companies, and responding to customer inquiries. The position requires reviewing inspection reports, corresponding with vendors, processing customer orders, and expediting orders to meet customer commitments. The role also involves assessing equipment bill of materials and engineering drawings to support repair scopes and spare part orders, while maintaining clear communication with sales teams, vendors, and internal partners.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and Planner.
  • Familiar with SAP and CRM Management.
  • Experience processing orders.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and process parts for air compressors.
  • Handle quotation requests for repairs, spare parts, and field services.
  • Collaborate with Aftermarket sales and coordinate with relevant departments within product companies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on behalf of the Aftermarket team.
  • Review inspection reports to identify parts for repair quotes.
  • Correspond with vendors on documentation required for repairs.
  • Process customer orders for repairs related to spare part orders.
  • Provide the sales team with order acknowledgments.
  • Collaborate with product companies and local vendors regarding placement of orders, external repairs, and supply of components.
  • Expedite orders to meet customer commitments.
  • Adhere to the repair processes to support final invoicing.
  • Assess equipment bill of material and engineering drawings to support the scope of repair and spare part order.
  • Communicate with sales team, vendors, and internal partners.
