About The Position

As the Parts Backorder Analyst , you will assist with backorder sourcing and expediting requests. This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between John Deere Parts Operations and Doggett Heavy Machinery as needed on various communications including parts escalations, sourcing confirmation, and logistics arrangements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must have a great attitude and be self-motivated
• Must be able to multi task
• Problem Solver

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Counter , Parts Phone Sales and Parts Service Coordinators with backorder sourcing
• Process all back ordered parts from John Deere and multiple vendors from assigned purchase orders
• Review Back Order reports daily and advise status to parts staff and management team in the Parts and Service Departments
• Assist with Reconciling all backorder receipts and direct ships
• Provide ETA and Tracking on backordered parts
• Provide Excellent Internal Customer Service
• Other duties assign by Parts Manager
