Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to support the service and parts team
• Assist in maintaining regular cycle counting of all inventory to maximize accuracy.
• Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues
• Advise and assist in maintaining adequate stock on hand to maximize initial first-fill rates while keeping inventory annual turn-rates at defined and acceptable levels overall.
• Occasional driving is required for this position
