Requirements
- Strong customer service or sales background in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using dealership systems (DMS, CRM, digital inspection tools)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a service advisor or parts advisor
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and completing vehicle walkarounds
- Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments
- Communicating service and parts needs in clear, customer-friendly language
- Advising customers on required and recommended services
- Coordinating with technicians and the parts department
- Providing timely updates and managing customer expectations
- Reviewing work orders, explaining completed work, and confirming customer satisfaction
