Requirements

Proven success in a high-volume automotive parts environment
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Assisting technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
Managing inventory, stocking, and maintaining an organized parts department
Processing orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery
Building strong relationships with customers and vendors
Promoting parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue
Maintaining compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
