About The Position
Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Parts Advisor Pay: Commission Based-Annual pay range is $55K-$60K depending on performance. Schedule: Exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Must be available weekends. Parts department is open all days from 7 am to 7 pm. Requirements
- Proven success in a high-volume automotive parts environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Assisting technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
- Managing inventory, stocking, and maintaining an organized parts department
- Processing orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery
- Building strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Promoting parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue
- Maintaining compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
