Responsibilities

Order and handle parts for both the service department technicians and retail counter customers.
Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and compatibility.
Process parts orders efficiently and accurately.
Work along with the service department.
Return parts to manufacturers and process core returns.
Organize and stock parts orders to maintain an accurate inventory.
Maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is organized, properly labeled, and easily accessible.
Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
Handle customer purchases, inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
