As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to both customers and internal teams. Manage the full parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment. Deliver friendly, professional communication to customers and team members. Provide accurate updates on parts availability and order status. Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct components. Handle incoming calls, provide quotes, and assist with inquiries. Review body shop estimates for accuracy in parts and pricing. Pull and fill orders, ensuring inventory accuracy through routine checks. Proactively address out-of-stock items and source parts when needed. Ensure all internal parts requests are billed correctly. Process payments and secure proper authorizations.
