About The Position

Donorbox is seeking a relationship-driven Partnerships Specialist to expand its ecosystem of nonprofit fundraising consultants and agency partners. Reporting directly to the Strategic Partnership Manager, the specialist will manage referral partnerships end to end and connect with stakeholders across the nonprofit sector to increase revenue, improve platform adoption, and help nonprofits raise funds seamlessly. The role is fully remote and based in the United States.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, business development, or partner marketing.
• Experience in or familiarity with the nonprofit sector, fundraising technology, or donor management ecosystems such as Salesforce NPSP, HubSpot, Bloomerang, or Blackbaud.
• A track record of building referral or channel programs that measurably impact Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Comfort using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and partner tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and recruit high-value channel partners, including nonprofit marketing agencies, fundraising consultants, and complementary SaaS providers such as donor management systems and CRMs.
• Enable and onboard partners by providing demo accounts, pitch decks, and training so they can recommend Donorbox’s online giving tools to nonprofit clients.
• Execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including joint webinars, co-authored guides, and event sponsorships, to generate high-intent nonprofit leads.
• Track partner-referred leads, manage commissions and referral structures, and maintain relationships across the existing partner network.
