About The Position

TapMango is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our strategic partner ecosystem driving consistent referral flow from existing technology and POS partners while identifying, recruiting, and activating new partner channels, particularly ISOs (Independent Sales Organizations). This is a revenue-impacting role focused on building scalable partner-driven pipeline for a fast-growing SaaS company serving multi-location restaurants and retailers. Salary: CAD $120,000

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or related revenue roles
  • Experience working with POS platforms, payment processors, ISOs, or SaaS partner ecosystems preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
  • Proven ability to source and close partner agreements
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline and reporting discipline
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building structure where none exists

  • Experience working with POS platforms, payment processors, ISOs, or SaaS partner ecosystems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage & Grow Existing Strategic Partnerships
  • Own relationships with key platform partners including Toast, Square, Clover, Shopify, and others
  • Develop strong relationships with partner relationship managers and regional sales leaders
  • Drive consistent referral flow and identify new referral opportunities within each partner organization
  • Maintain technical alignment by building relationships with partner integration and product teams
  • Ensure TapMango integrations remain up to date, competitive, and well-positioned within partner ecosystems
  • Track and report on partner-sourced leads, conversion rates, and revenue
  • Hunt & Activate New Lead-Producing Partners
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new ISO (Independent Sales Organization) partners
  • Develop a repeatable outbound strategy to engage and sign new ISOs
  • Negotiate and structure referral agreements
  • Enable new partners with positioning, sales materials, and ongoing support
  • Build a predictable partner-sourced pipeline channel and monitor performance
