About The Position

Haast is seeking a Partnerships Manager to execute its US partnership strategy, focusing on driving adoption and integration with major tech players like Google and AWS, as well as key ecosystem partners. This individual contributor role will be responsible for generating pipeline and attributing revenue through strategic partnerships. Haast is an enterprise-grade AI platform for compliance and legal teams, trusted by major regulated enterprises and experiencing rapid growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise partnerships, channel partnerships, or business development within SaaS, with essential experience in hyperscaler partnerships.
  • A strong network with Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, or similar ecosystem partners.
  • Demonstrated success in generating partnership pipeline and closing revenue through partners.
  • Experience navigating commercial partnership agreements, including co-sell terms, co-marketing, and integration commitments.
  • Familiarity with regulated markets (financial services, insurance, telco, healthcare).

  • Experience building hyperscaler or major strategic partnerships that drove significant growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership execution and growth, from strategy through to revenue delivery.
  • Own the partnership roadmap, including building joint go-to-market plans, negotiating co-sell agreements, and driving integration and visibility.
  • Execute co-selling with hyperscaler sales teams to integrate Haast into enterprise deals.
  • Develop enablement materials, technical integration guides, and joint value propositions for hyperscaler partners.
  • Support channel partnerships with selected GSIs and agencies.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, including quarterly business reviews, deal registration, escalation, and expansion planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner deals contribute to net-new revenue.
