We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead brand partnerships and drive measurable growth through organic influencer marketing campaigns. This role goes beyond traditional account management . It requires true client ownership, strategic thinking, and a balance of creative storytelling with data-driven performance optimization. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts, building strong, long-term relationships while guiding clients through end-to-end influencer campaign execution. You will oversee campaigns from initial briefing through reporting, ensuring seamless delivery, high-quality content, and on-time execution across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing (brand or agency side)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Data-driven mindset- comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into strategy
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an influencer marketing agency
  • Familiarity with organic-focused creative strategies
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and server-side tracking
  • Knowledge of e-commerce performance marketing

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brand accounts
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Lead strategic conversations around influencer budgets and performance goals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
  • Manage influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting
  • Source, vet, and negotiate with creators
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand goals and goes live on schedule
  • Oversee execution across multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Monitor campaign performance (engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize client ROI
  • Deliver detailed reports and performance recaps
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
  • Provide market feedback to improve platform capabilities
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and internal reporting
