Success includes establishing effective operating cadences and transparent tracking across priority partnerships; aligning partner capabilities with product and deployment priorities; resolving integration roadblocks; and building trusted collaboration with Field CIOs, Product, and Engineering.

  • Ability to resolve complex challenges analytically and shape cross-functional alignment among technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required based on defense customer requirements.

  • Working knowledge of frontier AI model deployment, retrieval-augmented generation workflows, and large language model integration in secure or air-gapped environments.
  • Active hyperscaler technical or partner certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Experience in high-growth, high-trust technology environments supporting critical national security or public sector missions.

Responsibilities

  • Shape cross-functional direction through subject-matter expertise and improve integration delivery, partner workflows, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Field CIOs, Product Managers, and Solutions Architects to influence team-level outcomes.
  • Manage partner commitments, co-sell initiatives, partner incentive programs, and infrastructure spend.
  • Translate customer operational requirements into co-engineering roadmaps, joint architectures, and joint go-to-market enablement activities.
