We’re hiring a Partnerships Lead to accelerate our channel program and strategic partnerships with accounting and tax advisory firms. Partnerships is one of Crux’s most important growth engines, particularly for the capital side of our business. Today, our channel partners deliver value to Crux by bringing buyers and investors onto the platform, strengthening our industry-leading market intelligence, and reinforcing Crux’s position at the center of the clean economy. Accounting firms and tax advisors are one of our most impactful personas, and we’re excited about what’s in front of it: bringing a more rigorous, programmatic approach to the partner lifecycle — with nuanced approaches across segments — and continuing to open new mid-market relationships and co-sell models as we scale. You will own these relationships end-to-end — refining enablement strategies, cultivating champions inside partner firms, tightening qualification, and working hand-in-hand with our commercial and marketing teams to drive conversion. You’ll often be the only Crux person in the room with a tax partner or a firm’s BD team, and we’re looking for someone who can hold that conversation credibly from day one. Over time, your portfolio may evolve to include additional personas. This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role reporting to the Partnerships Principal.
