About The Position

NYSE is seeking a Social Partnerships Lead to join our social media team. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our social and partnership team — identifying, developing, and activating partnerships that amplify NYSE's presence across platforms. You will work at the intersection of content strategy, influencer relations, and brand marketing, helping one of the world's most iconic financial institutions build meaningful connections through social media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships — preferably within finance, media, or a major brand environment.
  • Proven track record managing creator or brand partnerships from prospecting through execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, with proficiency in social analytics tools (Sprinklr, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Manager).
  • Excellent communicator and organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate organic and paid partnership opportunities with creators, financial influencers, and brand-aligned organizations across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Develop and pitch partnership proposals aligned with NYSE's brand voice and business objectives, managing the full pipeline from outreach through activation.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of influencer and creator campaigns — briefing partners on NYSE's messaging and brand guidelines, co-creating content, and managing deliverables from concept through posting.
  • Track paid partnership budgets and spend.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, legal, and communications teams to develop assets that support activations and uphold brand standards.
  • Track partnership performance across reach, impressions, engagement, and conversion using Sprinklr, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Business Manager, delivering clear post-campaign recaps.
  • Surface insights and recommendations to continuously refine partnership strategy based on platform trends, audience data, and campaign results.
