About The Position

Luminovo is seeking a Partnerships Lead for North America to build and manage its partnerships ecosystem, including a supplier network and an ambassador referral program. This senior individual contributor role involves full-cycle ownership of pipeline, meetings, and commercial outcomes such as signed partner ARR, ambassador referrals, and influenced revenue. The position requires long-term relationship management with partners, unlike traditional sales roles, and involves strategic travel to industry events and trade shows. The goal is to grow the North American partnerships motion from its current stage into a significant revenue engine.

Requirements

  • Electronics industry network (distribution, EMS software, electronics supply chain, or direct competitor) with knowledge of terminology, players, and deal-making processes.
  • Full-cycle commercial ownership experience, having carried a number in B2B SaaS or an electronics-adjacent business, with deal bands of $5k–$30k ARR.
  • Experience in both relationship-led channel building (ambassadors, referral networks) and transactional partner closing (supplier agreements, distributor contracts).
  • North America-native go-to-market instincts, understanding how to sell into North American channel and VP Sales organizations.
  • Willingness to travel to attend trade shows and industry conferences.
  • Operator mindset, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and AI workflows independently.
  • Structure bias, with a tendency to document successes and build playbooks.
  • High agency and low ego, knowing when to lead meetings and when to hand off responsibilities.
  • Direct, honest, and impact-focused approach.
  • Valid passport required.

Responsibilities

  • Activate existing ambassadors in North America by nurturing relationships and turning agreements into referral pipeline.
  • Expand the ambassador network by signing at least 10 new high-fit North American ambassadors (SMT equipment vendors, independent sales reps, consultants) and targeting at least 10 referrals per ambassador per year.
  • Operationalize the ambassador program by setting up cadences, materials, and tracking to create a repeatable channel.
  • Attend key trade shows and industry conferences to build ambassador relationships.
  • Build a pipeline of North American PCB suppliers and bring them onto the Luminovo network, owning the full cycle from outreach to signed agreement.
  • Land new partnerships with distributors across API, Quote, and Stocking partner types, targeting franchised distributors and brokers.
  • Drive revenue with a clear, ambitious number to hit, utilizing provided tools, playbook, and support.
  • Be fully self-sufficient in using HubSpot, ambassador apps, sequencing tools, and AI-assisted sourcing workflows for commercial activities.
  • Build the partnerships playbook by documenting successful processes for partner sourcing, outreach, activation, and long-term relationship management.
  • Proactively track leading indicators and manage performance metrics.
