About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Partners Personnel team in Milpitas, CA! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required. Shift 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. Will be working at two client sites, one in Milpitas and one in Morgan Hill.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Supervisory experience
• Recruiting for a production facility
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with time and attendance management
• Bilingual Spanish and English required
• Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!

Benefits

• Salary Range $25.00hr - $27.00hr depending on experience
• Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
• This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
