About The Position

Twin Health is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand its reach within the mid-market employer sector. This role involves close collaboration with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers to introduce Twin Health's Whole Person Digital Twin technology to self-insured employers (1,000–10,000 employees) primarily in the Midwest. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual early in their health plan or digital health career who is eager to manage a territory, cultivate significant partnerships, and assist employers in addressing the escalating costs associated with chronic diseases and GLP-1 medications through an innovative and proven solution.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience in health plan sales, digital health, employee benefits, or benefits consulting, with an understanding of how self-insured (ASO) employers make purchasing decisions and how health plan AEs operate.
  • Demonstrated collaborative sales style, with experience in co-selling or working with channel partners, brokers, or alliance teams to drive deals.
  • Working knowledge of benefits and payer systems, including an understanding of ASO group structures and familiarity with billing concepts such as PMPM and fee-on-claim.
  • Ability to clearly communicate clinical outcomes (e.g., diabetes reversal, reduced GLP-1 spend) in simple financial terms that resonate with HR leaders and benefits managers.
  • Self-starter mentality, comfortable managing an independent territory, maintaining organization, and navigating large organizations with minimal supervision.
  • Genuine interest in digital health, with a willingness to learn and discuss how AI and continuous monitoring can improve chronic disease outcomes.
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
  • Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers/consultants serving mid-market employers, ensuring Twin Health remains a top consideration for addressing metabolic health challenges.
  • Participate in co-selling efforts by joining health plan AEs and broker partners on prospect calls to present Twin Health's solution, address clinical and ROI inquiries, and facilitate deal progression.
  • Manage a pipeline of mid-market employer opportunities (1,000–10,000 lives) within a designated region, with a specific focus on the Illinois market.
  • Conduct educational sessions such as lunch & learns, webinars, and office visits to inform partner representatives about Twin Health's technology and guide them in identifying suitable employer clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to customize pitch decks, one-pagers, and ROI tools, enabling health plan and broker partners to effectively position Twin Health.
  • Utilize claims trends and population health data to assist partners in identifying employer clients with high metabolic health expenditures who would benefit most from Twin Health's offerings.
