About The Position

This is a dual-function role for a mid-senior partnerships professional who can both build and run — and owns the revenue outcomes of both. You don’t wait for a playbook — you build it.

  • Demonstrated ability to own revenue outcomes — not just activity — across a partner channel
  • Track record of independently hunting new partnerships while managing an active portfolio simultaneously
  • Experience with mission-driven organizations — SBDCs, associations, lenders, or franchises a strong plus
  • Fluent in co-sell motions and partner enablement within embedded or referral partnership models
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder — effective from program managers to C-suite; operates with autonomy and high accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network in SBDC, GPO, franchisor, or SMB lending communities
  • Background in SMB fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS

  • Run onboarding for new referral partners to ensure they're set up to refer effectively and confidently
  • Drive co-sell motions with partner sales teams — pipeline generation, deal support, demo, and enablement
  • Own the end-to-end partner funnel from co-sell to onboarding to activation, improving conversion and time-to-first-transaction
  • Support the development of partner agreements, incentive structures, and co-branded materials
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CS to develop referral-specific campaigns and activation programs
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner across your full book of referral and embedded partners
  • Build trust and maintain regular engagement with partner contacts at all levels — from program managers to executive sponsors
  • Translate Voice of Customer and partner feedback into actionable insights across product, process, and GTM
  • Prepare and deliver materials for QBRs, business reviews, monthly highlights, and recurring partner meetings
  • Own partner pipeline, conversion metrics, and revenue performance — report to leadership with clear, data-backed insights on a regular cadence
