We are seeking a strategic, growth-oriented leader to join our Partnerships Organization and help accelerate revenue growth while deepening engagement across a dynamic partner ecosystem. This highly cross-functional role sits at the intersection of partnerships, commercial strategy, marketing, and sales enablement, offering the opportunity to shape and scale a growing area within a leading healthcare technology organization. You will work closely with Partner Success Managers, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders to identify new growth opportunities, expand partner impact, and drive measurable business outcomes. With high visibility across the organization and direct influence on partner growth and revenue results, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment and wants to build meaningful experience in strategic partnerships, commercial growth, and business development. The Corporate Strategy team drives the strategy, growth, and operational alignment of athenahealth’s partner ecosystem. The team partners cross-functionally to strengthen partner relationships, unify related initiatives, and support the products and services that enable growth beyond athenahealth’s core ambulatory market. This group plays a key role in shaping priorities, connecting teams, and advancing strategic initiatives across the organization.
