About The Position

Antler is seeking a Partnership Program Manager to own cross-functional alignment and delivery across its expanding portfolio of partnerships, including AI and technology, banking, service providers, strategic investors, economic development groups, and community programs. The role will initially focus on delivering a partnership that operates across every Antler market. It is primarily a program management position, with business development and partnership expansion as secondary responsibilities. Each partnership has a defined annual work plan covering founder-facing sessions, masterclasses, co-building workshops, ecosystem events across markets, structured feedback from the founder community, and quarterly reporting. Delivery is measured against scorecards and milestones, with commercial terms tied to performance. The manager will own these scorecards end to end, coordinating with Antler’s Platform, Portfolio, Marketing, Tech, and regional teams, and serving as the day-to-day counterpart to partner engagement and marketing leads. The role can be based in most Antler markets, with a preference for the UAE or Singapore. Remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates in a compatible time zone. The position reports to the Partner & Head of Global Partnerships.

  • Ability to hold internal stakeholders accountable for commitments across time zones and without direct authority.
  • Credibility with senior partner stakeholders, including when performance results are unfavorable.
  • Data literacy and clear writing skills, including the ability to build and defend reporting materials and make complex delivery understandable to people who were not involved.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual delivery plan for each partnership across all markets, tracking the schedule, owners, and status of every committed deliverable.
  • Run quarterly partner reviews by preparing data, presenting performance against scorecards, and agreeing on actions.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for delivery, participation, and adoption metrics across the partnership portfolio.
  • Coordinate the founder-facing programming calendar with regional teams and drive attendance against committed minimums when a market is behind.
  • Own structured feedback and product evaluation workstreams, including partner surveys and the quality of submissions.
  • Coordinate co-marketing with the Marketing team, including partnership content, event branding, newsletter placement, and announcements.
