This role is specific to the current Coffee Operating Unit of KDP. Following the recent, successful acquisition of JDE Peet’s in April 2026, the Coffee Operating Unit will become its own independent publicly traded company. The Licensed Partners Manager acts as a general manager of a portfolio of licensed brands, to create and optimize value for our strategic partners and the overall Keurig system. Primary responsibilities include management of partner relationships, including contractual governance and compliance, internal and external communication, partner satisfaction, and integrating intercompany cross-functional teams to ensure success in meeting collective goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to perform and operate independently, think strategically, execute highly complex or specialized projects across large, distributed teams, and effectively interface and communicate with executive leadership within Keurig and the partner organizations. You will report to the Director of Licensed Partners and will frequently collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Legal, Business Development, and Commercial.
