Partnership Manager

GraviteeDenver, CO
Hybrid

About The Position

AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Partnership Manager for the Americas, you won’t just be managing a channel; you’ll be building out our regional partner ecosystem from scratch, laying the tracks as we go on a fast-moving train. This is a fresh, high-impact role for a hunter who prefers rapid execution over months of pure strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or regional demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical/developer-focused companies.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline or revenue targets tied to field programs, not just attendance or satisfaction metrics.
  • Strong Sales partnership instincts — comfortable working directly with regional sales leaders and SDR teams on account selection and follow-up.
  • Experience managing full event logistics end-to-end, from budget and vendor selection to on-site execution.
  • Comfortable using pipeline and marketing performance data (e.g., SQL volume, pod performance, program ROI) to make investment decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent regional programs against tight timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience localizing corporate messaging for regional or account-specific audiences.
  • Based in the US, with willingness to travel regularly to events and regional markets.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in a Strategic Partnerships or Channel Management role, ideally within B2B SaaS, API management, data, or AI-focused tech.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and signing high-impact regional and global System Integrators (SIs).
  • Commercially minded and execution-focused, with a history of hitting revenue or partner-led targets.
  • Operationally strong, with experience using HubSpot and reporting tools to manage a predictable pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment with senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.
  • Experience working across regional borders, specifically navigating the nuances of the North American and Latin American markets.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel across the Americas for partner face-times and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full partnership lifecycle, executing the end-to-end process of identifying, prospecting, and signing high-value partners across NAMER and LATAM.
  • Focus heavily on regional and global System Integrators (SIs) and strategic alliances to accelerate our ecosystem growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements that deliver measurable, revenue-driving impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product to successfully onboard, activate, and support new partners.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior external stakeholders, acting as the face of Gravitee at regional events and partner briefings.
  • Set, manage, and report on partner targets, continuously assessing partner ROI and leveraging tools like HubSpot to maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Be hands-on and proactive, navigating ambiguity to build scalable processes and systems where they don’t yet exist.
