Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop key account alliances and partner programs that drive sales opportunities.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships while growing a healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Ensure account retention, growth, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Promote company products and expand partner engagement to increase market presence.
  • Analyze program performance and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals, forecast outcomes, and maximize partnership impact.
