About The Position

Eleken is seeking a Partnership Manager to build strong, long-term partnerships and develop the partnership channel into a sustainable source of business growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, creating win-win relationships, and managing the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to successful collaboration and new business generation.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Partnership Manager / Business Development Manager / Account Manager or in a similar role (Project Manager / Community Manager / HR or another communication-focused role).
  • Experience managing multiple relationships simultaneously (around 30+ clients, partners, or companies).
  • Understanding of the IT industry, digital products, digital marketing basics, and B2B communication.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and identify new collaboration opportunities.
  • Experience or willingness to work with cold outreach and partner acquisition.
  • Structured approach to work: CRM management, tasks, deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, ownership, and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes, analyze large amounts of information, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or scaling a partnership channel that generated regular leads or sales.
  • Existing professional network in IT, SaaS, or the digital industry.

Responsibilities

  • Search for and attract new partners, conduct introduction calls, identify collaboration opportunities, and launch new partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners through regular communication and joint activities.
  • Own the partner roadmap: define next steps, manage follow-ups, prioritize actions, and move partnerships forward.
  • Manage partnership processes in CRM: update partner information, document agreements, create tasks, and track deadlines.
  • Coordinate lead exchange between Eleken and partners, monitor lead statuses, and support pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with sales, account, and design teams to turn partnership opportunities into business results.
  • Analyze partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and suggest new ideas to improve the channel.
  • Prepare regular reports and conduct partnership reviews.
  • Participate in industry events, expand your professional network, and find new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Support operational partnership processes, including partner documentation, payment coordination, and internal reporting.
